Qualifications

• Must possess an active California Life & Health license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in employee benefits, group insurance, or account management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employer groups.
• Enhance client experience by guiding through annual renewals.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and assist with education efforts.
