Job summary

Decisely is seeking a Client Success Specialist (Life, Health, Accident/Sickness licensed) to support client management, renewals, and post-open enrollment projects. You will work with Client Engagement Managers to deliver service pillars—Trust, Ease, Accurate and Compliant—while maintaining strong client relations in a primarily remote setting.

The role requires 2+ years in health insurance/benefits, a Life and Health license, and strong SaaS/CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in health insurance, benefits, or HR industries.
• Life and Health license required.
• College degree preferred.
• Benefits administration or client management experience preferred.
• SaaS technology support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated client inquiries via CRM (TRAX).
• Assist with submission of benefits paperwork prior to open enrollment.
• Provide open enrollment support and materials as requested.
• Conduct Decisely platform training for clients as needed.
• Quality check client benefits setup in the Decisely platform.
• Prepare and review renewal presentations for clients.
• Support Client Onboarding team for new clients.
• Maintain knowledge of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA regulations.
• Report client inquiries and activity in TRAX.
• Travel to offices as needed for meetings and team activities.
