Lockton Companies in Marietta, GA is seeking a Manager of Employee Benefits and Projects to guide benefits administration, manage HRIS platforms, and support vendor relationships. The role emphasizes project leadership, compliance, and data-driven decision support for Wellstar Health Systems.

The position requires Life and Health Producer's License, strong MS Excel skills, and experience with benefits administration in large organizations. Onsite Monday through Friday in Marietta.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in employee benefits administration in medium-to-large organizations.
• Project management and planning experience.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Guide education of HR partner relationships and benefits processes for Wellstar members.
• Coordinate client-directed projects; analyze data using Excel and pivot tables to support decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Wellstar core health and welfare benefit plans.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure plan recordkeeping and reporting compliance.
• Communicate with stakeholders and attend HR/training/implementation meetings as required.
• Schedule meetings to educate and guide benefits team members.
