Job summary

Staff Financial Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager to manage and grow a book of business while delivering high service to employer clients.

This role focuses on client relationships, renewals, benefits administration, and compliance support with ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA, plus employee communications.

You will analyze utilization reports, review contracts, and coordinate onboarding for new clients and additional benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Resident Life & Health Insurance License required.
• 3-5+ years of employee benefits client support/account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans, industry practices, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, service, retain, and support the growth of an assigned book of employee benefits clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide proactive guidance and support.
• Manage renewals, new-client implementations, and ongoing account service.
• Review renewal proposals, assist with rate negotiations, and prepare client documentation.
• Develop employee benefits communications and conduct employee enrollment meetings.
• Explain benefit plans and coverage information clearly to clients and employees.
• Assist clients with employee benefits compliance matters, including ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA.

• Review contracts, plan documents, and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for accuracy and compliance.

Compensation & Location

Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000
Bonus: Eligible for additional bonus compensation
