Job summary

BCInsourcing, a Lockton Company, seeks a Benefits Administrator to support Wellstar Health Systems in Mariette, GA. This onsite role focuses on educating HR partners, managing benefits plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with vendors, analyze data in Excel, and coordinate client projects while traveling locally as needed. A Life and Health Producer’s License and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of direct workforce experience.
• Extensive knowledge of benefits administration and ERISA regulations.
• Proven project management and planning experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Must obtain and maintain Life and Health Producer’s License and be eligible for appointment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to local client sites.

Responsibilities

• Guides and educates HR partners, leaders, and collaborators on benefits offerings and processes.
• Coordinates client-directed projects and administrative services; analyzes data and creates reports.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for core health and welfare plans and related benefits.
• Liaises with benefit vendors to align recordkeeping, payments, and reporting with plan documents.
• Communicates with stakeholders and participates in HR/training meetings and client calls.
• Schedules ongoing meetings to educate, guide, train, and inform the benefits team.
