Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on benefits administration experience with health plans and 401(k).
• Working knowledge of Plan Documents, SPDs, 5500’s and discrimination testing.
• Stay current on applicable benefit legislation and regulatory compliance changes.

Responsibilities

• Handle 401(k) and benefits funding in collaboration with payroll and vendors.
• Respond to benefits inquiries from employees and vendors.
• Conduct periodic system audits with vendors to ensure data integrity.
• Perform regular financial reviews of benefit carrier billing for accuracy.
