Job summary

TireHub in Dunwoody, GA seeks a Senior Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of non‑compensation employee benefit programs, vendor relationships, open enrollment, and compliance. You will manage one Benefits Coordinator and report to the VP of HR, focusing on execution and operations.

Requires 7+ years in benefits administration, strong HRIS/benefits system skills (Workday/ADP/UKG), and comprehensive knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience with leadership experience.
• Experience managing benefits carriers, brokers, and third‑party administrators.
• Proven success planning open enrollments across multi‑plan/state environments.
• Hands‑on experience with compliance, filings, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Administer non‑compensation employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement/401(k), leave, wellness, voluntary benefits).
• Lead enrollment accuracy, deductions, and recordkeeping; serve as escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Collaborate with payroll and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and carrier feeds.
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and TPAs; monitor SLAs and performance.
• Oversee renewals, implementations, invoices, and open enrollment execution.
• Develop and deliver benefits training, communications, guides, and materials.
