Job summary

TireHub, headquartered in Dunwoody, GA, is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to oversee administration of all non‑compensation employee benefits. You will lead open enrollment, educate employees, and manage vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data with payroll/HRIS.

The role emphasizes execution and administration over plan design, reporting to the VP of HR and supervising one Benefits Coordinator. Strong leadership and benefits expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• At least 2 years supervising or leading benefits staff.
• Experience managing benefits carriers, brokers, and vendors.
• Proven success in open enrollment in multi‑plan environments.
• Hands-on benefits compliance, filings, and audit support.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer all non-compensation employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)).
• Serve as escalation point for complex benefits inquiries and claims issues.
• Partner with payroll and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and reconciliations.
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and third-party admins.
• Coordinate vendor renewals, implementations, and invoice validation.
