Qualifications

• Ability to analyze benefits data and interpret policy and contract requirements.
• Strong communication skills for employee inquiries and vendor coordination.

• Analyze performance measures and report on health benefits data.
• Oversee enrollment, premium billing, and payroll deductions processes.
