The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, be skilled in Excel, and be knowledgeable about employee benefits and related laws. The position offers a salary range of $56,208.17–$64,565.51 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of benefits administration experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience administering FMLA and other leave programs required.

Responsibilities

• Administer all employee benefit and retirement programs.
• Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments in the HRIS.
• Assist with new-hire orientations.
• Respond to employee benefit claim issues.

Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
