Ohio Cat in Broadview Heights, OH, is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage day-to-day group benefits operations and system coordination. You will handle enrollments, COBRA, and reporting while improving plan efficiency and vendor relations.

The role requires 3–5 years of benefits experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of ACA/ERISA/COBRA compliance. Hybrid or on-site work options may apply; health and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of benefits administration experience required.
• Proficient in ACA, ERISA, COBRA, Section 125 compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; HRIS and benefits systems.
• CEBS/SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus; union experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide benefits support.
• Research and evaluate benefit plans for value and efficiency.
• Coordinate data with vendors and third-party administrators.
• Manage enrollments, COBRA, terminations, and changes.
• Maintain benefits databases and payroll feeds.
• Assist with plan design, renewals, and new programs.
• Develop communications and orientations for the benefits package.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
