Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in Benefits Administration.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SP preferred.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end benefits programs including health, retirement, life insurance and wellness.
• Evaluate benefits, benchmark against standards, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze utilization and optimize employee experience and cost efficiency.
• Lead open enrollment and deliver clear benefits communications.
• Maintain benefits records, enrollments, life events and terminations.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA compliance and carrier coordination.
