Job summary

Forvis Mazars US Executive Search Practice is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs, balancing hands-on administration with strategic program enhancements.

You will partner with HR leadership to evaluate plan design, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage data to drive cost efficiencies and employee satisfaction across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave-of-absence programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
• Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and related questions.
• Partner with Human Resources leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to benefits strategies, plan design, and employee offerings.
• Manage compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including leave administration, benefits reporting, and required documentation.
• Analyze benefits data, costs, and utilization trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and program enhancements.
