Job summary

Aux Partners is seeking an on-site HR Generalist/Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our Lafayette, Indiana team. The Benefits Coordinator will manage employee benefits, support payroll operations, and assist with basic accounting tasks in a detail-driven, fast-moving environment.

You will administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs, act as the main Benefits contact, process enrollments/changes/terminations, and help with 401(k) and Workers’ Comp reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in benefits, payroll, or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Serve as the main contact for benefits questions and employee support.
• Process enrollments, changes, terminations, and assist with 401(k) and Workers’ Comp reviews.
• Prepare and review payroll data, timesheets, and deductions.
• Support accounting with reconciliations, vendor payments, and record maintenance.
