Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits management.
• Experience with medical, dental, vision, life and A&D, FSA, COBRA, retirement, and other benefit offerings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and Benefit Resource Center.
• Train Benefit Team members and vendors on processes.
• Advise employees on benefit-related issues and enrollment eligibility.
• Manage vendor and carrier relationships, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to improve benefits administration SOPs.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting through HRIS systems such as UKG/PlanSource.
