Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel, Indiana seeks a Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, evaluation, selection and implementation of benefits and wellness programs. This role conducts analyses, RFPs, vendor selection and prepares recommendations for senior leadership.

You will supervise the benefits team, coordinate with third‑party partners and IT/HRIS to ensure accurate enrollment, reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7–10 years employee benefits experience required.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with developing and implementing integrated communications approaches.
• Effective leadership with ability to direct work and manage priorities.
• Strong technology aptitude to drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Participates in strategy, evaluation, selection and implementation of benefits and wellness programs.
• Conducts analyses and supports annual benefits renewal cycles with data-driven recommendations.
• Develops wellness strategies to improve workforce health and reward healthy lifestyles.
• Assesses outsourcing and third-party administration opportunities to streamline services.
• Provides reports, accrual data and program analyses as required.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and risk mitigation for programs.
• Supervises the benefits team and collaborates with vendors and IT/HRIS.
• Develops cohesive communications for benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Coaches team members and supports cross-functional HR initiatives.
