Trillium Health, a member of the United States healthcare community, seeks a Benefits and Payroll Coordinator to join its People Operations team. You will manage HR data, timekeeping, benefits, and payroll processing, under the director’s guidance.

This role builds relationships, prepares communications, and supports compliance initiatives. It also backs up the Leave of Absence Coordinator and provides frontline employee service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in benefits and payroll
• Experience with electronic payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems required

Aufgaben

• HRIS Data Management: maintain position, compensation, time, benefits, time off, and payroll data
• Benefits Administration: enrollments, changes, COBRA, Cafeteria Plan, Open Enrollment
• Time Reporting System: support time reporting, changes, and corrections
• Payroll: process payroll, ensure accuracy of hours and deductions, prepare reports
• Orientation & Training: educate new employees and supervisors on payroll and benefits
• Compliance: assist with year-end payroll compliance and labor postings
• Miscellaneous: uphold diversity, confidentiality, audits, and process improvements
