Job summary

Reporting to the Head of Operations, Central/West, you will partner with senior leaders to optimize operations, harness technology and analytics, and deliver a superior client experience while maintaining compliance and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Active insurance license required
• 10+ years in insurance/financial services
• 5+ years in leadership within insurance operations/administration
• Proven track record of operational excellence and client-centric service
• Strong decision-making and people leadership skills
• Ability to drive growth and manage complex initiatives

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention strategies and optimize client experiences
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operations and technology adoption
• Develop talent and foster a culture of excellence and mentorship
• Oversee process improvements, automation, and scalable workflows
• Ensure excellent customer experience and high NPS across the division
• Coordinate with carriers, underwriting, product, finance and ERP teams
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; prepare budgeting scenarios
• Mitigate operational and regulatory risk across the department
• Provide strategic guidance on M&A risks and integration if applicable
