Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Director of Operations, Employee Benefits, reporting to the Head of Operations, Central/West. The role drives client retention and revenue by strengthening relationships, delivering exceptional service and dynamic client experiences, and modeling Acrisure’s performance culture.

You will lead talent development, optimize processes, and oversee technology-enabled operations in a complex benefits environment, guiding cross-functional teams to scale growth with high service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the insurance/financial services industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry-related leadership experience in insurance operations, management or administration.
• Proven record of driving operational excellence and efficiency for dynamic client experiences.
• Excellent business and people decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to execute client retention strategies and grow revenue.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class client experience leveraging technology and data.
• Champion a culture of leadership, talent development, and mentorship within the department.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Ensure customer experience is accessible, user-friendly, and delivers high NPS scores.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance and other functions to scale operations while maintaining quality.
