Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Director of Operations, Employee Benefits to report to the Head of Operations, Central/West. You will drive client retention and revenue through strong client relationships, service delivery, and innovative experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required.
• Active insurance license is required.
• Minimum 10 years in insurance/financial services with leadership in operations.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and client experiences.
• Experience supporting business development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Client Retention: execute retention strategies and optimize workflows.
• Client Growth: implement cross-functional strategies for client experience.
• Culture and talent: develop leadership and mentor talent within the department.
• Process improvement/technology oversight: drive automation and digital transform.
• Customer experience: ensure accessible, user-friendly employee benefits.
• Operational excellence: align cross-department processes for scalable growth.
• Sustained optimization: evaluate vendors and implement new features.
• Performance Monitoring: track KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Risk Management: mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Financial Partnership: monitor financials, budgeting and scenarios.
• M&A: advise on risks and post-acquisition integration.
