ADP is seeking a Sr. Manager, Benefits Operations to lead a team focused on developing, processing and transmitting benefits enrollment data for clients.

You will drive data transformation and ensure accurate file delivery to vendor systems, while supporting migration across tools and standards set by ADP Product Development and Global Security. You will set clear goals, mentor staff, and maintain strong client-focused communication.

Competenze

• Eight to ten years of related implementation, account management, or operational experience with benefits, HRIS and/or system implementation.
• Ability to manage client service of high complexity with multiple applications.
• Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing critical client issues.
