Job summary

ADP is hiring a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness to support clients through their annual enrollment processes. You will be the primary contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients and manage benefit plans and enrollment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of experience in Client Support or Benefit Administration functions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis and project management during annual enrollment.
• Coordinates Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Supports configuration and maintenance of WFN and ADP products related to Benefits.
• Resolves enrollment-related information from brokers, carrier accounts and client leadership.
