Marsh McLennan Agency in San Diego seeks a Benefits Service Associate to provide administrative and project support to client service teams under supervision. This role prepares individuals for promotion to a Benefit Analyst position.

You will assist with insurance bidding and renewals, review data and materials, and coordinate creation of binders and presentations for open enrollment. This role offers growth into a analyst position and a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years in a professional office setting acceptable in lieu of college.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, format and update documents and presentations.
• Familiarity with health insurance terminology and plan types (HMO, PPO, CDHP-HSA) is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Assist client service teams with the insurance bidding and renewal process.
• Review census data, plan design, rate information, experience data, and related materials for renewals.
• Prepare and coordinate creation of new/renewal binders and client presentations for enrollment communications.
• Learn to analyze coverage and premium options to meet client needs.
