Job summary

The Marsh Agency is seeking a Client Manager in California to provide expert advice and service for health benefit programs. You will review RFPs, analyze utilization and claims data, coordinate plan design, and prepare renewal and open enrollment materials with accuracy and professional presentation.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for clients and carriers, guiding Benefit Analysts, presenting cost drivers and premium factors, and supporting renewal meetings to address

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in group health and benefits sales or service.
• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and written/spoken explanatory ability.
• Knowledge of employee health insurance carriers and plan design features.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for Clients, Carriers and others on the Client Service Team.
• Review RFPs, analyze utilization and claims data, and coordinate 5500 data.
• Explain client needs and present renewal and new business materials.
• Present financial measures used to predict plan costs and premiums.
• Support renewal meetings and training of Benefit Analysts.
