Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics or other related area preferred.
• One - three years of office administrative/financial support experience is essential.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism when working with clients and vendors.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA rules.
• Flexibility to arrive early and stay late as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone skills; ability to work with clients, vendors and coworkers.
• Attention to detail; ability to proof own and others’ work; proactive in delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects with urgency.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and analyze group benefit program proposals for clients.
• Analyze bids for health and welfare coverage and provide benchmarking research.
• Develop detailed client reports and perform substantial financial analysis for multiple clients.
• Support Senior Benefit Analysts and the department with mid-level tasks.
