Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of health and welfare plan benefits.
• Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Maintain a valid, unrestricted State of California Life & Disability License and meet CE requirements.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including tables, charts and formulas.
• Strong math, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Service Team with the renewal process and RFPs.
• Gather data and rate information for renewals and prospective groups.
• Analyze market proposals for benefits, premiums and competitiveness.
• Finalize and maintain client and carrier spreadsheets.
• Prepare enrollment materials and client presentations.
• Coordinate with carriers for smooth plan implementations.
• Provide day-to-day client service and respond to inquiries.
