Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and reconcile invoices for self-insured and fully insured plans, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. This role supports enrollment coordination and audit controls across the benefits program.

You will assist budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting, prepare reports on costs and compliance, and work with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of benefit experience.
• Working knowledge of technology solutions, including automated tools and HRMS/HRIS systems (UltiPro/UKG).

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile monthly invoices for both self-insured and fully insured benefit plans, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment
• Audit carrier invoices, eligibility files, and enrollment data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for on-going enrollment coordination, reconciliations, and complex issues resolution for all Insight Global's sponsored benefit plans
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to employee benefit plans
• Prepare required and ad-hoc reports related to benefit costs, premium contributions, regulatory reporting, flexible spending account claim forfeitures and invoice reporting
• In charge of all audit/control responsibilities and conducts QA sessions with benefits team
