Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of employee benefit programs including enrollment.
• Liaise between employees, carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and communications.
• Review premiums, invoices, and reconcile with payroll.
• Maintain accurate benefit records and HRIS data.
• Assist with claims questions and eligibility.
