Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the day-to-day administration of our benefits programs, ensuring timely, accurate, and helpful support for health, financial, and lifestyle benefits. You will help scale benefits operations with attention to data integrity and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes accuracy, service orientation, and collaboration with Payroll and HRIS to ensure correct deductions and data flow, while supporting annual open enrollment and benefits communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in benefits, HR operations, or related admin role.
• Basic understanding of employee benefit programs and regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, HRIS platforms, and vendor tools.
• Clear communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of team member benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)).
• Assist teammates with benefits questions and enrollment/changes/life events.
• Maintain accurate benefit records in HRIS and vendor systems.
