Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Benefits Operations Analyst to coordinate daily administration of employee benefit and wellbeing programs. You will maintain data integrity across benefit systems and HRIS, working with cross-functional teams to support Benefits and Wellness.

The role involves managing vendor communications, processing invoices, handling inquiries, and supporting new-hire enrollment and deductions with guidance from payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, health or wellness, math or finance.
• 1 year of benefit and/or employee plan experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with benefit enrollment systems and HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity for Benefit and Well-Being programs across systems (benefit system of record, HRIS, vendor portals).
• Process daily data audits, error reports and data corrections with cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor invoice creation and administration payments; ensure timely, accurate processing.
