Legacy Lifecare is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs in a healthcare setting. The role requires ACA knowledge, accuracy in ADP records, and strong collaboration with carriers and internal teams.

You will coordinate annual open enrollment, communicate plan options to staff, and ensure compliant benefits processing while maintaining data integrity in HR systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of benefits administration experience
• Hands-on ADP experience required; Employee Navigator experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees, managers and cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Maintain accurate benefits and employee information within ADP with timely enrollments, life events, eligibility and terminations.
• Demonstrate ACA knowledge including look-back period and eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications for employees and managers.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues, billing discrepancies and claims questions.
• Utilize benefits technology and reporting tools to maintain accurate records and support benefits administration.
