Jackson Healthcare in Alpharetta, GA seeks an Associate Benefits Specialist to assist with daily administration of health and welfare programs, including the 401(k). You’ll support new hire onboarding, open enrollment, and routine inquiries, while learning benefits systems in a shared services setup.

Strong attention to detail, customer service mindset, and the ability to follow procedures are essential. This entry-level role offers growth within the Benefits team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR, benefits, or related administrative function.
• Experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems preferred.
• Coursework or certificates in HR are a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist with day-to-day administration of health and welfare benefit programs under supervision.
• Enter and verify associate benefits data in internal and external systems.
• Support new hire enrollments and life event changes.
• Respond to routine benefits inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Help audit vendor invoices and assist with leave processing.
• Track FMLA, STD, LTD, and state leave timelines.
