Job summary

Golden Entertainment LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Benefits & LOA Manager to lead benefits and leave administration across our multi-property team. You will own Workday Benefits and Absence Management, configure rules, enrollments, and reporting, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, FMLA, and state laws.

Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance and external vendors to deliver competitive benefits, manage vendor relations, and educate Team Members through communications and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in benefits and leave administration with supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Benefits and Absence Management.
• Experience in ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and state leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, compliance, and improvement of benefits and leave programs.
• Serve as business owner for Workday Benefits and Absence Management including configuration, enrollments, reporting, and testing.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellness, voluntary benefits, and leave programs including various leave laws.
• Manage vendor relationships, payroll deductions, billing, enrollment activities, and annual enrollment planning.
