Technology Partners, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Benefits and LOA to lead complex HR initiatives, coordinate benefits, leave of absence programs, and vendor relationships.

You will manage plans, timelines, and risks, while collaborating with HR, payroll, legal, finance, and IT to ensure on-time delivery and compliance. This contract role emphasizes delivering high-quality benefits projects, system testing, and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience in benefits, HR operations, or vendor programs.
• Proven ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, including health, welfare, retirement, and LOA programs.
• Excellent communication translating complex concepts into updates for various audiences.
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, or Smartsheet and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/PM; PMP/SHRM-CP preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end PM for benefits, LOA, and vendor transitions from initiation to closeout.
• Maintain project docs: schedules, RAID logs, stakeholder maps.
• Coordinate across HR, payroll, legal, Finance, IT, and vendors for alignment.
• Support benefits system enhancements, testing, and QA activities.
• Ensure benefit plan rules, compliance standards, and controls are integrated.
• Monitor risks, elevate issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and vendor sessions with key decisions documented.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
• Support annual enrollment, including testing and post-enrollment follow-up.
• Document and improve benefits processes, governance, and controls.
• Assist with acquisitions/divestitures and benefit program transformations.
• Drive closeout activities with lessons learned and handoffs.
