Job summary

Golden Entertainment, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Benefits & LOA Manager to lead benefits and leave programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize Workday Benefits and Absence Management.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to deliver compliant, employee-focused programs that align with total rewards strategy. You will manage vendor relations, enrollment planning, and system configurations, while developing policies, communications, and training

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive benefits and leave administration experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Three years configuring and administering Workday Benefits and Absence Management.
• Hospitality or multi-location experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and state leave laws.
• Experience configuring eligibility rules, enrollments, leave plans, reporting and integrations in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefits and leave programs.
• Serve as business owner for Workday Benefits and Absence Management, including config and testing.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs and enrollment planning.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, vendors, and third parties to ensure compliance and delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, billing reconciliations, and annual enrollment activities.
• Provide guidance on complex benefits and leave matters and act as escalation point.
