A Day in the Life The Risk Management team supports Medtronic's global business operations by ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and managing corporate insurance programs. We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
This position is based in Fridley, Minnesota and follows onsite work arrangement. Travel is minimal and expected to be less than 10%.
The Senior Insurance Analyst is an integral member of the Risk Management team and helps manage the global property and casualty insurance programs. This role requires working knowledge of insurance and closely collaborates with a variety of stakeholders, including with employees, external parties, and customers.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$80,800.00 - $121,200.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
