Addison Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to oversee benefits administration for over 2,000 U.S. and Canadian employees. This role sits on a team of five and requires hands-on ADP Workforce Now expertise and full open enrollment management.

You will administer and reconcile benefits data, coordinate with providers, handle eligibility and enrollment, and support retirement programs across the two regions. Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of benefits administration experience.
• ADP Workforce Now experience is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing open enrollment from beginning to end.
• Experience with U.S. and Canadian retirement programs.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain employee benefits programs for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the full open enrollment process from planning to completion.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage benefits data, enrollments, and reporting.
• Coordinate with providers, retirement plan administrators, and internal HR/payroll teams.
• Review and reconcile benefits data for accurate enrollment and payroll deductions.
