Job summary

Tier4 Group in Duluth, GA is seeking an experienced Benefits Enrollment Specialist to support a high-volume open enrollment period. This onsite contract role requires hands-on use of ADP Workforce Now Benefits Administration and the ability to start quickly with minimal training.

You will contact employees by phone and email, process enrollment paperwork, ensure deadlines are met, and partner with HR to resolve enrollment questions while keeping sensitive information confidential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefits and open enrollment.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now benefits enrollment.
• Strong verbal communication and outbound calls.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience processing physical enrollment forms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support employee benefits enrollment activities during open enrollment.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process and maintain benefits elections.
• Review, collect, and process both electronic and physical enrollment paperwork.
• Contact employees directly by phone to answer enrollment questions and assist with benefit selections.
• Ensure enrollment information is accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance regarding available benefit plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and benefits records.
• Partner with HR and Benefits teams to resolve enrollment discrepancies and employee questions.
• Assist with benefits-related administrative tasks as needed throughout the open enrollment period.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Enrollment Specialist to support a high-volume open enrollment period. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training and immediately contribute to the benefits enrollment process.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now Benefits Administration, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to proactively engage with employees via phone and email to ensure timely and accurate benefits enrollment.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting open enrollment for mid-sized to large organizations.
• HR, benefits administration, or employee services background.
• Experience handling high-volume enrollment activity and employee inquiries.
