The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, coordinating across Benefits Operations and Product teams, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-facing or implementation roles in HR tech or benefits.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for benefits clients, building relationships and delivering support.
• Guide on benefits administration processes including enrollment and eligibility.
• Configure and validate benefits solutions to align with client designs and compliance.
• Support data collection, conversion, validation, and testing for system setup.
• Advise clients on best practices to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Review client configurations to ensure alignment with plan designs and carrier needs.
• Collaborate with Benefits Operations, Implementation, Product, and Account Management.
• Investigate and resolve benefits-related system issues and escalate as needed.
• Support renewals, open enrollment activities, and ongoing client education.
• Manage multiple implementations with timelines and clear communication.
