Job summary

Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software, is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops based in-office in one of our designated locations. You will lead the Implementation support staff, drive client success and coordinate training and resource planning.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, customer service excellence and cross-team collaboration. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of management experience and strong Excel/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; team development and workflow knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn payroll software.
• Excellent troubleshooting to handle client payroll issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong communication is the priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to Implementation staff.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the Implementation support staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure policy consistency.
• Work with Learning & Development to address training gaps.
• Plan and schedule resources with the Department Director.
