Job summary

Randstad USA in Greensboro, NC seeks a Benefits Systems Analyst/HRIS to support Benefits systems, ensure data integrity, and align with business needs. You will provide technical and functional support to HR Services, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and vendors, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and automate tasks.

The role links business users, IT, HR Services, and external vendors, driving requirements, testing, implementation, and ongoing support with reporting, training, and issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting HR, compensation, benefits systems, payroll, or related systems.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits data management.
• Strong data accuracy and analytic skills.
• Ability to coordinate with HR, IT, payroll, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Benefits systems, ensuring functionality and data integrity.
• Coordinate and support system-related activities across HR and Benefits.
• Maintain accurate Benefits data, configurations, integrations, and vendor interfaces.
• Manage vendor file feeds, review discrepancy reports, and coordinate corrections.
• Provide system reporting and data to support HR and Benefits needs.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors to resolve data and system issues.
• Resolve system issues, identify root causes, and communicate actions.
• Act as link between users, IT, HR Services, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Assess technical and business impacts and recommend solutions.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution.
• Support HR Services, Benefits, Payroll, and system users promptly.
• Participate in Benefits, HR, Payroll, and system-related projects.
• Support enhancements and implementations from requirements to testing and deployment.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing for system validation.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve implementation issues.
