Job summary

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Benefits Systems Analyst (HRIS) for one of our premier clients. This role focuses on Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and related HR systems, acting as the subject matter expert to ensure data integrity and continuous improvement.

You will maintain data, configurations, and integrations, monitor vendor feeds, and support projects across HR, IT, and Payroll. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required, along with experience in testing (UAT)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HR systems experience.
• Experience with Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and HR data.
• Experience with SAP and/or ADP.
• Experience with system integrations and data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Benefits systems SME and support HR technology.
• Maintain Benefits system data, configurations, integrations, and vendor interfaces.
• Monitor vendor feeds and resolve data discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot HRIS and Benefits system issues.
• Support Benefits, Payroll, HR, and HRIS projects.
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing/UAT, and implementations.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc Benefits/HR reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
• Develop documentation and provide guidance to system users.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
