Responsibilities

• Administers, configures, tests, and supports HRIS modules and integrations.
• Uses Lean methods to improve HR workflows and reduce waste.
• Identifies and implements automation to improve data quality and self-service.
• Applies responsible AI-enabled tools to enhance HR operations with human oversight.
• Leads HR technology projects from requirements through post-implementation support.
• Maintains data integrity through audits and issue resolution.
• Builds and maintains standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Develops metrics to monitor process performance and automation impact.
• Provides production support and documents resolutions.
• Supports system upgrades, testing, and change management.
• Maintains comprehensive system and process documentation.
