Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is hiring a Benefits Specialist to support outsourced employee benefits administration across the United States and Canada. You will assist employees, managers, and HR partners with benefits questions, navigate vendor resources, and coordinate case management through ServiceNow or other tools.

Working under the Manager, Benefits & Leave, you will gather information, maintain case documentation, and escalate complex or sensitive issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in employee benefits, HR operations, or related function.
• Knowledge of benefits programs, enrollment and payroll processes.
• Experience handling inquiries and case resolution in a customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with HR tech tools and case-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to benefits questions from employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Provide status updates on benefit programs, enrollment, and vendor processes.
• Assist employees with navigating vendor resources to resolve issues.
• Coordinate case management through ServiceNow or other tools.
• Document communications, actions, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the Manager, Benefits & Leave as needed.
