Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Specialist, Benefits to support outsourced benefits administration across the United States and Canada. You will assist employees, managers, and HR partners with questions and issues, coordinating with third-party administrators and carriers to ensure timely, accurate resolutions.

You will manage cases in ServiceNow, validate data, and escalate complex matters to the Manager, Benefits & Leave.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in employee benefits, HR administration, HR operations, HR shared services, customer service, or related function.
• Strong customer service, communication, research, problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned benefits questions and escalations from employees, managers, and HR partners using approved plan information and resources.
• Provide information and status updates regarding benefit programs, eligibility, enrollment, coverage, payroll deductions, and vendor processes.
• Assist employees with navigating vendor resources and documentation needed to resolve issues.
• Refer complex matters to the Manager, Benefits & Leave or subject-matter expert.
• Deliver professional, responsive, employee-focused support while maintaining confidentiality.
