Job summary

Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking an Enroller- Benefits Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on answering incoming calls and guiding employees through enrollment in medical, dental, and vision plans while ensuring accurate coverage and deductions.

Responsibilities include learning internal workflows, obtaining the Life/Health license via paid training, and maintaining up-to-date benefits knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in person or in a call center.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous benefits experience preferred.
• Experience with Five9 phone system preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent punctuality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and explain and enroll employees in core benefits and voluntary benefits.
• Learn Brown & Brown workflows and enrollment platforms.
• Obtain Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training provided).
• Retain benefits knowledge.
• Attend client specific training.
• Document all calls.
