Job summary

Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, seeks an Enroller- Benefits Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will answer calls, explain and enroll employees in medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits, and verify deductions and coverage with each employee.

We provide paid training to obtain a Life, Accident & Health license; bilingual Spanish and English is preferred; punctuality and attention to detail are essential for accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales in person or in a call center.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous benefits experience preferred.
• Experience with Five9 phone system preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Obtaining Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training provided).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and enroll employees in core benefits and voluntary benefits.
• Explain and review benefits, coverage levels, dependents, and deductions with employees.
• Learn Brown & Brown workflows and enrollment platforms.
• Attend client-specific trainings and document all calls.
• Obtain Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training provided).
