Job summary

BCInsourcing in Lincoln, NE is seeking a results‑driven Benefits Consultant to serve as a Company Ambassador at Bryan Health. You will engage department leaders, provide support, and cultivate strong client relationships through independent judgment.

Responsibilities include delivering SME knowledge in HR/Benefits meetings, guiding open enrollment, and ensuring accurate enrollment data while complying with licensure rules. A HS diploma and travel ability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license to travel to client sites.
• Proven relationship-building experiences and professional communication skills.
• Self-directed work ethic and motivated, results-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Represent BCInsourcing to Bryan Health and build client relationships.
• Provide SME-certified-license knowledge in HR/Benefits meetings and group sessions.
• Develop outreach strategy for total rewards initiatives.
• Counsel employees about core and voluntary benefits.
• Input enrollment decisions in systems and comply with licensure rules.
• Maintain knowledge of open enrollment and adapt calendars.
• Collaborate with supervisor and client management to resolve issues.
