Responsibilities

• Engage client leaders and employees to educate on core and voluntary benefits.
• Present in HR/benefits meetings, open enrollment sessions and group meetings.
• Develop outreach strategies and counsel employees about benefits options.
• Input enrollment decisions accurately and adhere to licensure guidelines.
• Coordinate with client management and supervisor on issues requiring escalation.
• Travel to client sites or operate onsite as needed to counsel employees.
• Respond to inquiries with timely, accurate information.
