Job summary

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, self-motivation, and willingness to travel to client locations for open enrollment periods and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Represent BCInsourcing as a company ambassador at UNC Health and cultivate client relationships.
• Provide SME-certified knowledge in HR/Benefit meetings and client presentations.
• Develop outreach strategies for total rewards and engage employees in benefit reviews.
• Explain core and voluntary benefit options, traveling as needed or working remotely.
• Input enrollment decisions accurately and follow licensure regulations.
